Delete Your Account

Instructions for permanently deleting your MMAREKANI account and all associated data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account cannot be undone. All your data including profile, listings, chat history, and media will be permanently removed.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Open the App

Launch the MMAREKANI app on your mobile device and make sure you are logged in.

Go to Profile

Tap the Profile icon at the bottom navigation bar to open your account profile.

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of your profile screen.

Select 'Delete Account'

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap 'Delete Account'.

Confirm Your Identity

You will be asked to enter your password or verify via OTP to confirm it's you.

Confirm Deletion

Read the deletion warning, then tap 'Confirm Delete'. Your account deletion process will begin immediately.

What Happens to Your Data?

Profile & Account Info

Deleted permanently within 30 days.

Chat Messages

All conversations are deleted from our servers.

Product Listings

All your listings are removed from the marketplace.

Uploaded Media

Photos and videos are purged from our storage.

Business Data

Supplier profile and approval records are deleted.

Legal Hold Data

Some data may be retained if legally required.

Can't access your account?

If you are unable to log in to delete your account, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us with your registered phone number or email address.
